“Hi my name is Paul, I used Pipeline Plumbing and Heating to remove my old boiler from the fireplace and install a new Worcester Combi boiler in my airing cupboard. This was a massive job as it involved relaying pipework to the new position and making good all the old connections. Jamie who was the installer and was professional throughout never getting agitated. He had a huge task ahead of him at the start and wasn't fazed by the amount of work involved. The whole job was completed within the stated time frame and we were kept updated throughout on progress including as and when we would lose and have water back on. Nothing was rushed even to the point of completion. At the time of explaining how the new boiler works, the controls and everything associated with it, during the job we threw in a few extras that we wanted, to achieve more updates to our home at a later date i.e. prepping and laying pipework for further amenities to be added in the coming weeks. These extras were taken on board and were no trouble for Jamie to fit into his very tight schedule of completion and even with these extras the job was still completed on time. The house was kept tidy throughout as we still had to live through the changes. A very professional job carried out. I would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of having any plumbing/heating work carried out to consider using this highly qualified, respectful plumber. We are so happy with the job Jamie did for us and will be using him again for all the future requirements' we have. Needless to say a job well done.”
