It is a legal requirement that all rented accommodation needs a GAS SAFETY certificate, if the property has any gas appliances. which needs to be carried out every 12 months.

We offer to put the property details onto into our database to call in advance to remind you that there certificate is due for renewal and we will arrange a date and time to carry out the renewal to prevent never missing out on not having a up to date Gas safety.
